One of the aims of the University is to create and disseminate knowledge; career
management has to adapt to the changes in how to manage the own knowledge
necessary to fulfil that purpose. This work presents a knowledge management
framework that will promote the optimal academic development of Engineering in
Computation and Informatics career. A framework provides a point of reference to
facilitate the management: defines a consistent set of terms and concepts, this helps
bring together managers, teachers, students and community in general, avoiding any
confusion and the same effort focuses on management; it describes a process that
provides a direction of the activities with which simplifies decision making. The
framework reference models broadcast by reputable sources and has been developed
for our reality. By implementing the framework model is expected to academic
career development improves substantially, which will be reflected in the
competitiveness of graduates, reaching a high rate (70% or more) to get a job as it
relates to your career.
