چکیده (انگلیسی):
The paper presents the experience from Tempus Joint Projects aim to modernize higher education courses and institutions from Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Ukraine. Both projects were designed with a focus on the development of curricula in social sciences: social work and social psychology. Main activities were related with the developing new study programs on bachelor and master degree levels. In addition to this, for each beneficiary
region was developed an important number of continuing education study modules. Our main objective is to offer an example for use of competence based approach in identifying educational needs for initially and continuing
education.
